We had a great time and were thrilled to see Dale's niece Tammy and her husband! What a surprise! We also met
some new friends and enjoyed the delicious bavarian roasted pecans that they were making - it was a pleasure to set
up next to them. |
April 19th - celebrate Brianna's 5th birthday and Little Craig's 4th - what a blast!
Becky had a great cake made for the event and we had all kinds of friends and family attend!

We were very surprised that Jacksonville was such a nice place. It is pratically in our backyard and we have
never gone just to visit. This was our first show in the Jacksonville area and we seem to be well received.
We felt blessed to be invited to attend future shows in the Jacksonville area. The facilities were great. We walked
a little bit around some of the historic sites and were very impressed and would love to go back to investigate the
area further. I am certain we will return to this area soon! |

We always enjoy visiting West Palm Beach - the facilities there are great. We had a very good show at this event.
Dale met some very exciting people and we made new friends and also got to meet with some current customers
of ours. Now we can put a face to a name! Dale sold one of his treasured items at this show - His sword that he
crafted out of a swordfish bill - here is a picture -It was totally awesome! He made the hand guard out of alligator
back and also created a custom alligator back scabbard - It was incredible. He was very please that a nice young
man fell in love with it and had to have it - We believe he will treasure it as much as we did! |

This was our first foray into the Gun & Knife show venue and we seem to be well received by both our fellow vendors
and the public that attend the shows. Dale is adapting some of our line of handbags to include places for concealed
weapons holsters and what-not. He is a very creative character and can think of a lot of different unique items and gifts.
You will have to come and check it out some time - you will be pleasantly surprised - I can guarantee that! |

I don't have any photos of this mall - but it was a very interesting place to go. It has a really neat skate park
in it as well as some things for the kids to play on. We had a very good show and met alot of new friends. |

Madeira Beach is an absolutely beautiful place! We stayed at the KOA and enjoyed it so much we would
love to go back and just visit the area for awhile. Below are a few pictures of the event - it was really different -
quite a lot of interesting characters! Take a look -

West Palm Beach is always a wonderful place for us to visit. We had a great show and as a bonus - we got
to go to a concert. The Police were playing on Saturday night so Dale and I got tickets for the lawn area and
enjoyed the show! We met some really neat people that were standing next to us, and believe it or not, they
were actually parked right next to our motorhome. We hope to get to meet up with them again!

May 7 - 13 - Vacation in the Keys! - WOW
It was absolutely awesome! and certainly relaxing. We spent alot of time on the boat - just fishing and floating.
We always stay at Long Key State Park. It is a great place to camp. We saw a lot of sea turtles out in the water -
that was fantastic to see them swimming and when they come up for air they turn a look at you and then dive down again. |
We caught a few sharks as well. One wouldn't let go of the fish! |

This is Lignumvitae Key - It was a very beautiful place to visit - it has been kept up as a completely natural island with only plant life that is native to the keys. It is certainly a wonderful place to visit |
All in all Dale and I had a great vacation - now its off to work again! |

I really loved the town of High Springs! It is certainly a place a would visit again. We thought all the people were
extremely nice and the atmosphere was just like we like it. Very hometown feel to the area. We don't have any
pictures of anything - Believe it or not - we brought both of the cameras -but left the card and the tape at home!
We were set up right in the middle of main street and it was great!. There are a lot of antique shops all around
and I would love to go back there just to shop. We actually even won an award! -1st place for the Most Unusual
and Different - can you believe it! We were very honored to be chosen. Thanks to all the people that organized
this show - it was great and we certainly will be back next year. |

We had a great time in Fort Myers. We really enjoyed the facilities and were able to camp by the water.
It was great. We are definitely coming back in August. We also met a really neat person - He is a retired
Police Officer named Gary. He was a real pleasure to talk to and we hope to see him again at the next show. |

April 4th - TitusNites Street Party
Titusville hosts a street party once a month and this month the theme was a 50's sop hop. We set up our
display and talked to many people and enjoyed the 50's music and watched all of the hula hoopers.
The weather even cooperated. |

March 29 - North Brevard Historical Museum Fund Raiser
We spent the day out at Fox Lake for a bar B Que fund raiser for the local museum. We met a lot of nice people
and certainly enjoyed our lunch |

FEB 22-24 - BIG CYPRESS SHOOT OUT - It was held at Billie's Swamp Safari. There was an awesome Seminole
Indian War Reenactment as well as AtlAtl throws, alligator shows and much more. You must mark your calendar
for next year's event - You shouldn't miss it. We saw all kinds of Indians on horseback and government soldiers.
They even fired off the canons - they were LOUD! You can get directions to the event and view the dates and times

February 7th thru February 11th - Gem and Mineral Show in Tucson, Arizona -
What a fabulous experience!
We flew from Orlando, Florida to Tucson on Thursday the 7th.
We stayed at the Radisson Suites in Tucson and
spent the next 3 1/2 days riding on Shuttle buses all over the Tucson area to different shows. We were able to
gather a large amount of raw materials to work with and had a great time in the process.
Kathy and I had a great time at the Rio Grande
Exhibit - looking at all the tools and stuff was the best!
The next stop was the enormous amount of raw material available - it was everywhere you look!

January 16 - January 27th - Alafia River Rendezvous - What an event!! For almost 2 weeks we were able to camp out in pre 1840 style - it was like going back in time.
You certainly come away with a new appreciation for the hardships that our forefathers faced when attempting to explore new territories! Kathy and I had a wonderful time. We have attended this event every year for the last 12 years. It is held every year in January at the Florida Frontiersmen's land in Homeland Florida - which is just west of Bartow. If you ever want to attend - check out their website at www.floridafrontiersmen.org. You won't believe your eyes! below are a few pictures of this wonderful event! |
